Please keep in mind that we have no control on how fast your order will get to you once it's been shipped. We have no control over the mail service or if the order is held in customs. There is nothing we can do once the product is mailed out to you. All we know is what is supplied to us by using the tracking number we give to you.
No refunds will be given if your package is still in the delivery status or in customs. If the product is mailed back to us, we will then contact you to make sure the address you entered in to the ordering system is correct. If the address is wrong and the error on the address was on your part, YOU will need to pay the shipping costs again. Please note, shipping information is pulled off the information you put in at the time of your order.

From 01/01/2021 the UK are no longer a part of the European Union (EU), and this changes how mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales) based consumers buy product from EU based stores like our prices exclude VAT and no longer charges you VAT on orders shipping to mainland UK. This will be the case when you order from any company based in the EU. If you order from a UK based company they will display vat on their website and charge you the 20% VAT directly on the order. So whether you buy from an EU based store or a UK based store you will be paying more or less the same total price.
We will always do what we can to keep shipping costs as low as we can! I don't like to pay shipping cost, so I am sure you don't too. But the cost goes in to making sure your items are safe when shipped.
We will guarantee our products for 30 days after the shipping date. If you are outside of the 30 days we will do what we can to help you fix the product or if needed, you can mail the product back to us for repair but you will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from our shop.
You have 5 days starting on the delivery date. . NOTE. Shipping/Handling costs will not be refunded.
Custom Built Products.
Any custom product cannot be refunded if fully working with no defects on receipt.
If parts are needed to repair your product, we will make contact with you and give you the total cost of the repair before we do any work on the product. If you agree to the repair, we will then send you an invoice for the total amount of repair cost and shipping cost to return the item to you.
Any product that is damaged in shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. If you report it longer than the 48 hours, then shipping costs may not be refunded to you. Products that have been tampered with will not be eligible for refunds, damages must be reported within 48hrs and no attempts to repair without authorisation.
If you want to return the product within the 30 day limit, you will need to pay for shipping and the item must be in working condition as it was when it was shipped to you.
If the product is damaged in shipping, then you have 48 hours after the delivery date to report it to us. If you report the product damaged and you are outside of the time frame and you want to return the product, shipping costs will NOT be refunded to you, only the cost of the product.
You have 5 days to test the product starting on the delivery date. If you do not like our product, send it back and you will be refunded the cost of the product. NOTE. Shipping/Handling costs will not be refunded.
If your return is outside the 30 days, please see above statements under "GUARANTEE".
If you are within the 30 day return time. You may select to do an exchange for your product.
We will send you your new product, once your original item has been received by us.
